The Ministry of Electricity and Energy (MOEE) awarded six Chinese companies tenders to construct 16 of a total of 30 solar projects across Myanmar. Sungrow Power Supply Co. won eight projects, followed by a consortium of SPIC Yunnan International Power Investment Co. and Khaing Lon Gems which won four.
